Therefore, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to maintain fairness and transparency for both parties.

1. Nature of Our Services

Avinnash Mentor provides SEBI-compliant research and advisory services under SEBI Registration No. INH000001071.
Our main offerings include:

  • Stock Advisory Service (for Long-Term Investment)

  • Silver Membership – ₹20,000 (includes detailed research reports and recommendations)

  • Gold Membership – 2% Fee-based Personal Mentorship (one-to-one sessions and advanced advisory)

These services are analytical and knowledge-based in nature. Once the research process starts or access to the report is granted, the service is considered initiated.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans may change. If you wish to cancel your subscription, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellation Window:
    A client may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment provided that no report, advisory recommendation, or mentorship session has been delivered.

  • How to Request Cancellation:
    Send an email to support@avinnashmentor.com with the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email ID and Contact Number

    • Transaction ID / Payment Proof

    • Reason for cancellation

  • Non-Cancellable Circumstances:

    • Once the research report, advisory call, or any digital content has been shared, the service becomes non-cancellable.

    • Services purchased under limited-period offers or discounted prices are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

    • If you have accessed your dashboard, advisory material, or received recommendations through email, WhatsApp, or call, the service is deemed to have started.

3. Refund Policy

Because the services we provide involve extensive analysis, data sourcing, and intellectual effort, refunds are not provided once the service delivery has started.
However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment:
    If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical or payment gateway error, we will refund the excess amount within 7–10 working days of verification.

  • Transaction Failure:
    In the event your payment is debited but the service is not activated, please inform us at support@avinnashmentor.com with transaction details. We will verify and either process the service activation or refund the payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Mode of Refund:
    Approved refunds will be credited only to the original source of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) used during the transaction.

4. No Guarantee of Returns

All recommendations, opinions, and research reports shared by Avinnash Mentor are based on professional research and data interpretation. However, investments in the stock market are subject to market risks and influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.

  • We do not guarantee or assure any fixed profit, target return, or capital safety.

  • Clients are advised to assess their own risk tolerance and consult with their financial planner if necessary before investing.

  • Past performance of recommendations is not indicative of future results.

Our goal is to empower clients with knowledge, not to promise results.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a disagreement or dispute regarding services, cancellations, or refunds, clients are requested to first contact us via email. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably through discussion and mutual understanding.

If a resolution cannot be achieved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra, where Avinnash Mentor is registered.

6. Modification of Policy

Avinnash Mentor reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
